iSee Ohio Introduction

Today, I am excited to share that the Ohio Optometric Foundation is launching a new brand and a new name – iSee Ohio!

While our name has changed, our mission remains the same: iSee Ohio helps children meet their full potential by improving access to vision care in their communities… because every child deserves to see.

For more than 20 years, we have worked with volunteer doctors, industry partners, community members, and policy makers to expand access to quality, comprehensive eye care for Ohio’s school children. As our organization continues to grow, the new iSee Ohio name reflects both our history and our future, building on the impact of our long-standing iSee clinics, which have connected thousands of students with free eye exams and eyewear since 2005.

During the 2024-2025 school year, iSee Ohio:

• Provided 950 students K-12 with comprehensive eye exams
• Prescribed 763 children with glasses
• Facilitated 61 clinics in 26 counties

This important work is only possible through the support and engagement of Ohio optometrists like you. Together, we can ensure even more children get the care they need—and the brighter future they deserve.
